The NCAA has Unveiled a New Website for Athletes

on July 29, 2009 in College Athletics

The NCAA Eligibility Center has just unveiled a new web site, which contains a new registration process for college-bound student-athletes planning to enroll in the Fall of 2010 or later. Students planning to matriculate fall 2010 or after who have already registered using the existing site will not be required to re-register.  However, there will be information in the new registration process that will need to be updated. The existing Web site will continue to operate for college-bound student-athletes who will matriculate summer/fall 2009.  It will also continue to provide academic and amateur certification statuses for summer/fall 2009 and winter/spring 2010 enrollees.

Registration with the Eligibility Center is required for student-athletes considering Division I and II universities. For those interested in researching schools that offer their sports, you can search using this link and clicking on the “sports” tab and sorting by sport, conference, division and school.
